In particular during the meeting the Bill of the Laws on adoption of the National program on fighting against Oncologic diseases for the period until the year 2016 (Reg.№4605) was discussed. The suggested measures are aimed at the prophylactics and prevention of Oncologic illnesses, their early diagnostic, increase of the medical help quality etc.
The Members of the committee recognized the Bill as such that does not contradict with the European Law.
The Bill (Reg.№2735) on amendments to the law "On State Regulation of the production, sell and circulation of the ethyl alcohol, cognac, alcoholic drinks and tobacco goods" (re the territorial restriction of the beer and alcoholic drinks sale) was also scrutinized during the meeting.
The suggested bill does not contradict with the principles of the European Union normative acts and EU Law.
